2. Ticketing & Bookings

BookMyPass acts as an intermediary between you (the customer) and the event organizer. We are not responsible for the event itself, its quality, or its content.

• All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled.
• Tickets are generated digitally and sent via Email/WhatsApp.
• You must produce a valid ID proof along with the ticket at the venue.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our platform for illegal activities, scalping, or disrupting services.

4. Limitation of Liability

BookMyPass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
