Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery

BookMyPass is a digital ticketing platform. We do not ship physical tickets to your address. All tickets purchased on our platform are delivered electronically.

2. How Tickets are Delivered

Once your payment is successfully processed, your tickets are delivered via the following methods:

• Email: Sent to the registered email address provided during booking.
• SMS / WhatsApp: Sent to your registered mobile number.
• In-App: Available immediately in the "My Tickets" section of your profile.

3. Delivery Timeline

Ticket delivery is instant. In most cases, you will receive your tickets within 5-10 minutes of a successful transaction.
